Although my career has evolved into mathematics education, these engineering values remain the foundation of my teaching philosophy.
As a Mathematics Tutor, I don’t simply teach formulas—I help students develop analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and confidence in tackling challenges. Every lesson is prepared with precision, delivered with integrity, and driven by a commitment to excellence.
Whether I’m supporting students in IGCSE, IB, SAT, ACT, Canadian, American, or other international curricula, my engineering background continues to influence the way I explain concepts, design learning experiences, and inspire future problem-solvers.
Engineering taught me that every complex problem has a logical solution. Teaching allows me to pass that mindset on to the next generation.

• Travelled to 14 City in Egypt – Total of 39 Working Days for technical presentations and making site engineering previews.

• Attending for supervision on installation process of solar thermal systems.

Customer services Representative - Collection department – summer training
Vodafone Egypt – ECCO Outsourcing (Jun 2012 - Sep 2012) – Full Time

• Responsible for customer services related to collecting bills from Vodafone Bill Customers.
• Following up with late payments and handling suspended accounts inquiries.
• Giving extra grace period by activating suspended accounts after checking client’s history of payment, i.e., green clients get permission easily but yellow and red customers with bad history may take permission only after approval from team leader or Managers.
